1. Video Editor (Reels, Long-Form & Motion Graphics)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-retention Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and software promo videos.
  • Pacing, hook optimization, sound design, sound effects, and kinetic typography.
  • Color grading, multi-camera syncing, and smooth visual transitions.
  • Collaborating with content strategists to produce high-engagement marketing assets.

Key Software & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut Pro.
  • Solid understanding of viral pacing, modern visual memes, and B-roll integration.
  • Strong sound design sensibility and visual composition.
  • Ability to deliver clean drafts with prompt turnaround times.
New AI Division Full-Time / Remote Prompt & GenAI Mastery

2. AI Video Creator (Generative AI & Synthetic Media)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Produce end-to-end AI generated videos, brand teasers, and visual ads.
  • Script-to-video workflow: storyboarding, Midjourney prompts, and video synthesis.
  • Creating realistic AI voiceovers and lip-syncing via ElevenLabs & HeyGen.
  • Building automated AI marketing video templates to drive client outreach on autopilot.

Key AI Tools & Competencies:

  • Experience with Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, or Pika.
  • Prompt crafting for Midjourney v6, Leonardo AI, or Stable Diffusion.
  • ElevenLabs audio generation, Voice Cloning, and AI avatar platforms.
  • Creative eye for cinematic framing, camera motion prompts, and lighting cues.
